Hi! I’m Quiana. I am the co-owner, Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of Rare Earth Craft Cannabis. I also oversee production and processing for our facility. My professional experience prior to entering the cannabis industry was in the financial sector. After realizing the corporate life was no longer for me, I left the industry after more than 15 years to pursue a passion that I didn’t think would be possible. I’ve always believed in the power of education and knowledge, which is why I admire and respect the scientific approaches we take to growing and nurturing this plant. My goal has always been to provide the cleanest medicine possible to patients.

I'm also passionate about the environment. I try to reduce our carbon footprint as much as possible to minimize our impact.

In my free time I like to spend time with my family and friends, whether it be hiking, roller skating, or watching a movie. They are the reason I do what I do.
